Before joining frankfinn I was not good at communication but now I have good communication skill.

[object Object],Open self  personality Open self personality plays a very important role in our life. If a   Person know owns personality and is willing to share ideas , thoughts , feelings and values with others , He should know himself better than others know about him. That person is called an  open self personality . Having open self personality u can interact with people very easily you can share your dream, desire & thought .

[object Object],I am TAHER SALIM & my group name is  Happy Lions.  In my group there were seven members including me. There is some interpersonal behavior information:- JOHARI WINDOW:-
SOURABH PORWAL:- Sourabh is   not very open self  because he didn’t talk to any person well. In project I  had seen that he didn’t ask any question to any person and he always use to keep  quite and I think that sourabh is very knowledgeable person  but he is trying to removing his hidden self . DEVENDRE SISODIYA:- Devendre has open self because in Project he goes and talks to person very well and he tell maximum thing which he had done in his life.
ARJUN MANDALOI:- Arjun is openself because while talking to any person   he didn’t feel hesitation & he also didn’t think that what was saying & while when we were completing our project he had tell that what he had done & from which family he belongs & what his father & mother do and  what he had to become in his life.  GOVIND S. BHATIA:- Govind is hidden self he doesn’t talk to any person & I had seen that in class he doesn’t communicate with us & staff members properly.
DEEPAK MISTRY:- Deepak is   openself because when he talks to person he is very confident. In project I had noticed that he is very clear that what he is saying. He is also a creative person. He had also  tell us about his past that from where he is & about his family. In my opinion if he removes his hidden self he would be successful in his life. ROHIT SHARMA:- Rohit has open self  because  he used to tell maximum things which he  had faced in his life & 20% he is blind self because he doesn’t no what qualities he had & what he can do in his life because he choose not to do work at time.
EGO STATES
EGO STATE  of my group members. ROHIT     Adult Ego State He has adult ego state but sometimes he uses child ego state but although  we were comfortable with him. SOURABH     Adult Ego State Sourabh has adult ego state in project when we gave any work he did it  properly & nicely. DEVENDRE     Adult Ego State Devendre has adult ego state because when we were doing our project he was very sincere & listening the manager that what he was saying.  ARJUN     Child Ego State He has child ego state In project if we give some work he always  take it lightly & do mimicry.  GOVIND     Adult Ego State while we were going for our project he told that if we go  pizza hut  first our time will be save & we can utilize our time at other place. DEEPAK      Parent Ego State D eepak is very knowledgeable person .

My interpersonal behavior skills are :- JOHARI WINDOW:- I am openself because I share all the things with my friends related to anything first I can not communicate properly .but after my PD classes I had removed  my hesitation but then after I have to work hard upon many things like hidden self, blind self etc.

My ego state is adult because if someone give me a task then I think  that I have to complete as fast as possible then I think upon it and reach  to my destination .but sometimes I use child ego state. VERBAL COMMUNICATION The basis of communication is the interaction between people.  Verbal communication is one way for people to communicate face-to-face.  Some of the key components of verbal communication are sound, words, speaking, and language.   NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION Non verbal communication is usually understood as the process of communication through sending and receiving wordless messages. Non verbal communication can be communicated through  gesture, touch, by body language or by facial expression and eye contact.

Barriers which I had faced  When we were doing our project we went to CCD (Cafe Coffee Day) the manager of ccd Mr. Richard Thomas was very fluent in english the barrier which i had faced is that i can’t understand that what he was saying.  ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]
[object Object],[object Object],By using Personality development factors and communication skills correlation of my experience with respect to job which I would take up in the future:- clarity, correctness, courtesy and completion. I)  Make eye contact while you communicate with other person. II)  Always maintain your facial expression with words which you use. III) Communication must be in positive language. IV) Always be in a neat & proper grooming. V)  Positive attitude.
Verbal:-   Use of correct words can impress professionally attached people, and it gives as a status in society. Non-Verbal:-   Body language can help us  to explain what we mean. Our expressions can make some one to pay attention. Our voice modulation can give more impact in world.  Confidence can given positive impact on others. correlation of communication with job

[object Object],Moral Values It plays a very important role in our life, because all the moral values come from our parents, teachers, elders, friends, and from our religion. It shows our personality and family background. Importance of moral values Values are the guiding principles, decisive in day to day behaviors as also is critical life situations. Values are a set bring of principles or standards of behavior. Values are regarded desirable, important and held in high esteem by a particular society in which a person lives.
Character Building :- Character building plays a important role in our life to build a good character because in moral values we get knowledge about behavior and nature. The factors which requires to build a good character are:- Sincere, honesty, positive attitude, good and friendly nature. Development of moral values:- We can develop our moral values by reading good and  knowledgeable books & taking guidance by good person and also by communicating with people.

DEVENDRE SISODIYA:- Devendre has open self because in Project he goes and talks to person very well and he tell maximum thing which he had done in his life.

ROHIT SHARMA:- Rohit has open self because he used to tell maximum things which he had faced in his life & 20% he is blind self because he doesn’t no what qualities he had & what he can do in his life because he choose not to do work at time.
