I bought a car yesterday when I test drove it it had the anttena and base anttena once i fished my paper work it took a long time for them to detail it and they game me the car with no attena and no base anttena I had to go in today to get the anttena but they said i have to come back on friday to speak with the selling manger, also I had asked many tomes how much they were giving me on my trade in only to get a run around from brady/ brody, He keep calling me his Ni**er, they screwed me over on the financing with how they did my trade it and coverd it up, I had to put 3,000 down I do not recommend they are scam artist and brody is the worest of them

I went to Pedder on 4/19/24 and was told I needed front and back brakes and tires. I was quoted nearly $830 for the brakes. Iwas told my front brakes were at a 3 and back were at a five. We to Pep Boys 4/21/24 and the guys ask me to come outside and see something. The guys showed me how brakes were measures and my brakes were at a 8. No brakes were needed at this time. Tires were needed per both shops on my 2020 Nissan. They also said that my lug nuts were overtightened. This is sad that customers are lied to because they are vulnerable and don't have car knowledge. People work hard for their money and should not be treated this was. I have both inspection documents as proof. Never again will I go there!!

It's Sunday August 27, 2023. Brady Gartner at Pedder Nissan will waste your time when trying to purchase a car.

We bought cars from Pedder Nissan for almost a decade, a 2014 Nissan Versa Note, a 2017 Nissan Altima, and a 2017 Nissan Rogue. However, despite purchasing these vehicles brand new from Pedder Nissan, my mom and I went to test drive their pre-owned Nissan Murano and Kia EV6, and we were treated with disrespect.

We tried getting the pricing information, and the lack of communication by the sales department was appalling. We were looking for a new family SUV and used our Costco auto membership to get pricing, and the sales team failed to provide us with the information and were continuously providing higher markups. I would never recommend this dealership.

UPDATE: Brady Gartner, Jesse and Jon, the sales team reps, sent me the price of the 2021 Nissan Murano car with most of the information cropped out after countless of hours trying to the pricing.

Summary: HUGE HASSLE, HORRIBLE CAR DEALERSHIP, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Came for the first time to get and oil change and Sam helped me with all the questions I had since it was my first time made the experience so easy but best part he's a packer fan !! Go Pack Go

This place has cars posted online , will confirm with you that it's there, call you shortly before your appointment, then when you get there will tell you ,"oh we just sold the car, can we get you in anything else?". The good ole bait and switch. There were other cars I saw online that were not on the lot. I don't recommend this business, very misleading.

I really want to just take a moment and thank Greg over at Pedder Nissan. Something in our warranty contract was written up wrong and he went above and beyond to make this situation right. Instead of pushing us around to different people who couldn't help, he buckled down and made it right. Thank you so very much for your help and extra work.

Want to say great job to Steven Smith for making dreams happen. The customer service was exceptional. He is definitely the guy to go to. Very professional and great to deal with. Keep up the great work dude.
