Rampage Jackson vs Fabio Maldonado full fight video highlights from UFC 186 last night

What a return for Quinton Jackson.

Sure "Rampage" was unable to finish Fabio Maldonado during their exciting 15-minute affair inside the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) Octagon in the co-main event of UFC 186 last night (Sat., April 25, 2015) inside the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, but that doesn't mean the former light heavyweight kingpin wasn't impressive!

After nearly losing out on his chance at fighting at UFC 189 due to a court injunction that was eventually overturned, "Rampage" put on one of his best and most well-rounded performances in his illustrious mixed martial arts (MMA) career.

Jackson's punches were crisp, and when Maldonado asked for more punishment, "Rampage" was happy to oblige. Heck, the former champ even threw a few head kicks!

Maldonado begged UFC brass for this "dream fight," but the Brazilian really failed to bring anything to the table in Montreal. At no point did Maldonado threaten "Rampage" with his power, and he was definitely outmatched on the feet.

The tulmtuous lead-up to the fight only makes Jackson's output and performance more impressive. If he continues to improve, "Rampage" may become a legit 205-pound contender once again.
