Fantasy football rankings 2015: Running backs for PPR leagues, Week 12

Can I interest you in a running back with 3 career rushing yards? Here are our fantasy football running back rankings for PPR leagues in Week 12.

In his two-year career, Baltimore Ravens fullback Kyle Juszczyk has had two rushes for 3 yards, and those two rushes came Sunday against the St. Louis Rams. He's zero-percent owned and was more of a tight end in college at Harvard.

In short, Kyle Juszczyk's fantasy relevance has heretofore only been slightly higher than mine.

Which is funny, because this week Juszczyk is in my top 40 running backs in PPR leagues.

Juszczyk has 26 receptions on 34 targets this year, after 19 catches as a rookie last year. He has three touchdowns and almost 400 yards so far. On top of that, as you might've heard, the Ravens are just about out of players. The June/July Ravens had Joe Flacco at quarterback, Justin Forsett and Lorenzo Taliaferro at running back, Steve Smith Sr. and Breshad Perriman at wide receiver and maybe even Dennis Pitta at tight end. It wasn't vintage New England as an offense, but it was an offense.

Well, heading into Week 12, the Ravens have Matt Schaub at quarterback, Buck Allen and Terrance West at running back, Kamar Aiken and Chris Givens at wide receiver and Crockett Gillmore at tight end. Injuries have ravaged the team. Juszczyk had a role in the offense before, with a small handful of catches every game; with the injuries, that role will only grow.

He's a risky play, but in a pinch, Juszczyk will give you three or four points, minimum, this week in catches, before even considering yardage or his shot at a touchdown. If you're in a bind, look to the ex-Harvard tight end.

On to our Week 12 running back rankings for PPR leagues.
