E-com Packer Gen. 2

The VARO E-com Packer has one line with one cover size (up to A3/Tabloid). It can pack up to 750 ready to ship units per hour and can handle multiple items as well as the Fold2Protect tray. The e-commerce packaging machine has a highly compact design with a footprint of 2.4 x 4.6 meters (7.9 x 15.1 feet) making it ideal for limited spaces. By making the process of E-commerce packaging automatic, you will free up space in the warehouse.

Multiply the capacity

For more capacity or different cover sizes, the VARO E-com Packer can be combined and can simultanously pack up to 1,500 units per hour in two different cover sizes. It can handle multiple items as well as the Fold2Protect tray.

How does it work?

The packaging machine folds a cover made of corrugated cardboard around the product or around the cardboard tray and glues the top and sides so that the product is protected and secured in the package. This packaging process eliminates the need for box filling / void fill, such as bubble wrap, and saves packaging costs.

Variable, loose items

The E-com Packer can easily pack loose, multiple and variable items in the same cover. For very light, soft or fragile products a cardboard tray (Fold2Protect) can be used. The cardboard tray will be packed together with the items and ensures stability and uniformity in the package.

The VARO E-com Packer has a capacity of 11 packages pr. minute. In other words, it can pack up to 750 units pr. hour.
The standard VARO E-com Packer can pack packages in two different sizes: 247 x 222 x 50 mm and 330 x 265 x 56 mm. However, we at VARO are very flexible and always attentive to the needs, products and production facility of our customers. Besides our standard options, we are always willing to customize the machine or single functions in order to provide you with the most efficient packaging solution that will make a real difference for your business.
The e-commerce packaging machine VARO E-com Packer can easily be integrated into any stock system or automated storage system.
For further optimization of the packaging process, VARO, together with a packaging specialist, has invented Fold2Protect, an inner box also made of 100% corrugated cardboard, which can be packed directly into the machine and packed as part of the packaging. Fold2Protect is optional and particularly suitable for packing very light or very fragile items. The Fold2Protect tray can be used in both machine versions but can also be used directly as a picking tray in the warehouse.
Yes, you can buy your cardboard locally and with a supplier of your choosing. We will also be happy to supply you with recommendations.

Corrugated cardboard is highly environmentally friendly because it uses a high proportion of recycled materials. These are often discarded cardboard boxes or old newspapers that have been sorted out after use and finally processed into corrugated cardboard. Your packaging will therefore become part of this cycle.
